I am living here temporarily-between houses. I haven't lived in an apartment in 26 years and I have a large dog. This place ... allows large dogs and has nice places to walk them. The grounds are very nice and kept clean. The people I have met here have been nice. I needed some small maintenance on 2 occasions and was taken care of immediately. My only complaint is that there are kids here and I have had nice interactions with them but there is no play equipment of any kind and so they jump on a/c units and throw rocks at the bird nests, etc. Kids need something to do! But, they are mostly good kids and I like talking to them when I take my dog for walks. Overall, this is a nice place and priced fairly for the market. I'm glad I chose this place. I have lived in Brighton Place since 2013, and would stay if they had a unit in the size we need. The office and maintenance ... staff are fantastic and always take care of things quickly. Jorge treats our home maintenance problems as if they were his own, and does his best to keep us comfortable if there is any delay in a repair. He even left us a space heater overnight because he had to come back to replace our HVAC unit. The team here knows how to do customer service. I often hear a lot about break ins and thefts on Lewisvilles Facebook community, but I've never once felt unsafe here at ... Brighton place. I recently lost my wallet, and a kind neighbor brought it to the office and returned it with everything inside. The place is quiet for the most part, and people keep to themselves. Some are friendly. Anytime I've needed maintenance, they've come the same day or next morning at the very latest. They keep up with the cleanliness of the area, and people are usually really good about cleaning up after their pets. Only downfall is it's pricy for what we could get in Fort Worth, (more room, less money) However, it is the going rate for the area. We're close to DFW, and Dallas, which can be a plus for some. I Have lived here for years.. This is a excellent place to live..The staff is the best ever. If theres any problems they ... are taking care of wlmost immediately.
