A huge thanks
I would like to appreciate the staff of Brighton place for their friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail. My ... mum has lived at Brighton place for over 6 years and i have nothing but good things to say about the staff. Whenever she calls for maintenance they are willing to help and would go above and beyond. They would not only fix that which she requests for, but also look out for any other items that needs attention. The office manager and staff are great as well. It is a comfort for me to know that my mom lives at a community that cares. In this day and age, apartment staff tend to teat their residents as $. Though we were only at Brighton Place Apartments for one year, I will try to make this as fair as possible and be as objective ... as I can. I would really like to thank the staff at Brighton Place for making our stay pleasant. The maintenance crew was very friendly and respectable when we dealt with them. They responded to our work order requests in a timely manner and seemed pretty knowledgeable with what they were doing. The office personnel were always readily available, knowledgeable, and responded to whatever we needed very quickly. I especially thank Ms. Beatriz and Mr. Joe; very friendly and courteous. The facility, though well maintained, is dated. It was a nice place for us to stay at but we learned quickly it was too small for our preference. That is the reason we moved out. This being said, all the amenities were readily available, and all appliances in the apartment worked okay. The facility lacks covered shelter for your automobiles but there was always parking available close to the apartment so we did not have to park our car and walk all the way across the complex to get home. In summary, I recommend this place if you are okay with the size of the floorplans and age of the units. I learned that there are people that have lived there for a long time. One gentleman in particular has lived there more than 8 years and told me he is happy with no desire to move. This speaks volumes of the attention the management staff offers the tenants.Thank you Brighton Place for making our stay, though short, a pleasant one. My son and I have resided at Brighton Place for around 6 six years now and we've gotten to know the staff here almost as ... friends. Beatrice is very professional but when I have an issue she shows a heartfelt attitude and is willing to help to the very best of her ability! I love my apartment and I feel safe and at home here as well as enjoying the neighbors, who by the way, have also lived here a very long time! That's nice too, because we know who we are "coming home to"!! The grounds are very well taken care of and its obvious that the staff cares about where we live by making sure that rules are enforced by all who live here. Great Apartment and Great Service
Moved to Brighton Place in August of 2015. The price was right, and the apartment had been remodeled nicely. The grounds ... are kept clean and nice constantly. They address my service concerns promptly and with absolute courtesy. They recently replaced the mailboxes. They have recycling bins. I can pay my rent online. The pool is always beautiful and welcoming. I gave them four stars for parking and noise only because a designated parking spot would be nice so I don't end up parking in random locations, but they are never far from my apt. And, this is in the city, so noise cannot be eliminated. Otherwise, the walls are not thin, I don't typically hear my neighbors, and there's not a lot of commotion in the complex. It's fairly quiet here. I love the creek nearby, and the proximity to shopping and entertainment and highways. It's a great place to live. I have lived at BP for over 3 yrs, moved away for 6 months and came right back! We love it here for a few reasons. Number ... 1 is the staff, both office and maintenance.........they are very kind and helpful special people! The location is awesome because its so close to so much and between two major highways! Thirdly, I love my apartment! It is so nice with the wood floors and the ceiling fans in every room......;the accent wall and fire place.....and the grounds are lovely!!! I'll miss this place
I have been living here for a few years. The maintenance guys are phenomenal. Always prompt and so friendly. I have not had ... bug issues, the pest guy regular. The front office staff is very friendly. I wish the pool was open later, but hey, that's okay. The location is right in the middle of everything. I will miss this place when I leave.
